The Current Research Status of Intelligent Drill Pipe and Trial-production of Hilong's Electrical Conductance Pass Drill Pipe

This paper expatiated research significance,development history,current research status and existing problems of intelligent drill pipe,at the same time,it considered that electrical conductance pass is key point for studying intelligent drill pipe,and put forward the first research object is realizing electrical conductance pass in drill pipe,as well as trial-production of intelligent drill pipe was conducted.The result indicated the trial-production intelligent drill pipe realized electrical conductance pass,and can send up to 10 kW electric power to underground as specified in design requirements.Its working ambient temperature is 180 ℃,and circulating pump pressure is not less than 40 MPa.
