摘要
Erosion and degradation at elevated temperatures in gas turbines are responsible for downtimes that directly impact economic losses. The current condition of combating high temperature erosion and corrosion on the various gas turbine components was addressed in the present analysis report. In terms of the efficiency of different coating materials deposited by different coating methods, the thermal spray coating (TSC) techniques is widely used to protect these components. Performance under high temperature oxidation of the established coatings has been documented. This paper studies the materials and formulations of various authors to choose the best coating combination and method to resist high-temperature failure.
