Analysis of generalized polarimetric measurement equations for Stokes polarimetry techniques

We study the errors variances for some popular strategies of Stokes vector measurement. It was shown that the errors of the Stokes parameters measurement are non-uniformly distributed for different measurement strategies. This fact can be used in optimization of the polarization parameters measurement.
