Situational Awareness for Enhanced Incident Management (SAFE-IM)

Situational awareness for incident response is currently focused on geospatial views which provide the "Common Operational Picture" or COP. While the geospatial COP is essential in showing where objects are relevant to the situation, such as damage extent, first responders, supplies, etc., it is also critical to express situational awareness in terms of actions planned or already taken to resolve the crisis. A clear picture of PROGRESS in solving the PROBLEM is needed.
