摘要
Use of the Triton Analysis technique allows neutron spectrum measurements in the range (10–500)keV from the 6Li semiconductor sandwich detector. The analysis of the experimental results depends upon a knowledge of the angular distribution of the Li(n, α)t reaction. By modifying the values of the angular distribution it has been possible to force agreement between spectrum results from the 6Li sandwich detector and results from time-of-flight measurement. By comparing the results from the measurements of the same neutron spectrum it was possible to distinguish between errors introduced by the unfolding process and those introduced by the basic nuclear data.
