Present Study of Rosmarinic Acid

Rosmarinic Acid is a kind of phenolic acid, which exist in many kinds of plants. Rosmarinic Acid have variety of activities such as antioxidant activity, antibacterial activity and antineoplasmic activity. So it is important for us to improve the extraction rate, the purity and establish the analysis method for rapid and effective. We summarized the present studies on extraction, purification and quantitative analysis of Rosmarinic Acid to provide valuable reference for the Rosmarinic Acid production and application enterprise.
