The promotion system and mechanism of technology innovation methods in China

Based upon the definition of the system and mechanism of technical innovation promotion methods,this paper deelply analyze the system of technical innovation promotion methods in China,which divided into three typical modes: government leading promotion mode,government and enterprise combined promotion mode,enterprises leading promotion mode.Then the mechanism of technical innovation promotion methods corresponding to the modes and the features of these modes are researched.Finally several suggestions about speeding up the establishment of system and mechanism of technology innovation methods which can better play the role of market mechanism in China are put forward.
