The pregnancy outcome in patients with hydrosalpingx in IVF-ET

Objective:To investigate the outcome of pregnancy in patients with hydrosalpingx by the way of treatment in IVF- ET.Methods:A total of 438 IVF-ET cycles are included(tubes factor infertility).The cycles were classified into three groups: patients with hydrosalpinx(detected by ultrasound or hysterosalpingography);patients undergoing salpingectomy prior to IVF and tubal disease patients without hydrosalpinx.The cost of Gn.,number of oocytes,implantation rate and pregnancy rate were compared among each group.Results:Patients with hydrosalpinx implied a significant increase in Non-viable pregnancy rate compare with those two groups.But the cost of Gn,number of oocytes,implantation rate and pregnancy rate see no different in each group.Conclusions:Non-viable pregnancy rate is high in patients with hydrosalpinx,in IVF-ET.
