Dyeing Process Research of Multi-component of Blended Tencel/bamboo/cotton Fabrics

The article describes dyeing to Tencel/bamboo/cotton fabrics using active dyes of high fixes rate.From orthogonal experiments,the best dyeing process is determined,each kind of influence factor is studied.The result indicates that the fabric can obtain good dyeing effect in using Cibacron LS reactive dyes and 20 g/L Na2CO3,25 g/L Na2SO4 in temperature of 60~70,in bath ratio of 1:30 and in the dyeing time of 70 minutes.
