摘要
By using liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) as alternative fuel, the Passat 2.0 vehicle was transformed into a LPG single-fuel vehicle. The improved plan for the electric control gas injection system was established.Taking Nikki supply fuel system as a LPG electric control injection system, the target of the economy, power and emission index was set out so as to reach the optimization control of the whole engine. The practice and applied performance of LPG engine was studied. The engine tests and whole vehicle tests show that the Passat 2.0 LPG vehicle after matching can achieve low emission in terms of CO and NO_x emis- sion, and the exhaust level conformed to EURO-Ⅲexhaust standard, the maximum average speed of LPG vehicle can reach 180 km/h,the tests also find that when using LPG,the maximum torque characteristics moves to the low speed field and power characteristics is a little inferior to the original.
