摘要
Abstract This study presents a simple and effective reaction for creating new derivatives of chlorpromazine with various substituents at C‐2, which is achieved through the Kumada–Tamao–Corriu cross‐coupling reaction. A moderate to excellent yield (39%–82%) was obtained under nickel(II) catalysis in the presence of a readily available achiral organophosphorus ligand.
