MRI Features of Anti-Ma1/Ma2 Paraneoplastic Neurologic Syndrome

Anti-Ma1/Ma2 paraneoplastic neurologic syndrome (PNS) is rare and often associated with testicular malignancies.1 Diencephalitis is a characteristic feature of anti-Ma1/Ma2 PNS.1 In contrast to classical limbic encephalitis,2 the clinical and radiologic manifestations of diencephalitis may be initially subtle and under-recognized as PNS.
