Solidification Theory and Method of Poly Silicon Which is Used for Solar Cell

It is discussed from the principle of directional solidification theory firstly in this paper,involving some important technology parameter and the structure of polycrystalline silicon ingot casting. Secondly,it is discussed several growth methods of polycrystalline silicon ingot casting,especially the application for heat exchange method. At last,it is discussed some problems on the ingot casting method which are needed to be improved and solved.
