Epidemiological Analysis to Chronic Disease of Aged People at Linyin Community Medical Care Center of Hangzhou City

Objective To investigate the distribution characteristic and related factor of chronic disease in aged people in Linyin community of hangzhou city.Methods Investigated the aged people at Linyin community of hangzhou city with sample survey,incidence rate and distribution of chronic disease were analized.Results Disease rate of chronic disease in aged people was 34.9%,hypertension,diabetes mellitus,coronary artery disease,apoplexy and malignant tumor was major component part of chronic disease.constituent ratio of geriatric patient who was with one disease was 81.7%,constituent ratio of geriatric patient who was with chronic disease more than two type was 18.3%.Disease rate of hypertension and stroke was higher in aged male than aged female.Disease rate of hypertension,coronary artery disease and malignant tumor was higher in geriatric patient who was elder than 71 years than in geriatric patient who was younger than 71 years.Conclusion Disease rate of chronic disease in aged people is higher,rate of multiple chronic disease is frequent,should be interfered according to characteristic of chronic disease.
