The correlation research between subjective well-being and life satisfaction of senior citizens in Guiyang city

This investigation adopted Life Satisfaction Scales and Memorial University of Newfoudland Scales of Happiness. We inquired 120 senior citizens in the different class in Guiyang, tried to find out the essence status of the subjective well-being in Guiyang, and the influence of the life satisfaction on the subjective well-being.The results indicate: (1)The score of the life satisfaction had wondrously significant positive correlation with that of the subjective well-being;(2)The subjective well-being of the most senior citizens in Guiyang was in the middling degree;(3)The score of the male's subjective well-being was less than that of the female's; (4)It had very significant positive correlation between the life satisfaction and Positive affect ,and had very significant negative correlation between life satisfaction and negative affect.
