Synthesis and Biologic Activity Test of 2,5-Disubstituted-1,3,4-thiadiazole

A facile and efficient method for the synthesis of 2,5-disubstituted 1,3,4-thiadiazoles is described. The products were characterized by 1H NMR, IR and elemental analysis. The promoting effects of some compounds on wheat growth were tested preliminarily.
