Management of iatrogenic infection caused by digestive endoscopy

OBJECTIVE To discuss how to prevent the iatrogenic infection caused by digestive endoscopy.METHODS The links caused the nosocomial infection in the examination and treatmeant of endoscopy were blocked up,mainly including the management of the endoscopy room environment,the management of cleaning and sterilization of endoscopy and the attachments,the management of the endoscopy staff.RESULTS nosocomial infection evoked from endoscopy were cut off by the strict measures.CONCLUSION To block up the links to cause to happen the nosocomial infection in the examination and treatmeant of endoscopy can ensure the treatment safety of endoscopy.
