Progress of sublingual immunotherapy in bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis

Sublingual immunotherapy (SLIT) plays an important role in the treatment of bronchial asthma(asthma) and allergic rhinitis, it is accepted as an alternative to the traditional subcutaneous immunotherapy. Sublingual liquid drops or sublingual tablets have been used in SLIT. The results from clinical study provides evidence that SLIT is clinically effective and safe in the treatment of asthma and allergic rhinitis.
