Recurrent Stroke in Patients with Depression on Prognosis

Objective Purpose Of investigate the repeated post-stroke depression on prognosis.Methods HAMD will be determined in accordance with methods of 132 cases of recurrent stroke in patients with depression were divided into groups of 46 cases,86 cases of non-depression group,and then compare the two groups of prognosis,the analysis of neurological recovery.Results of the total effective 63.04 percent,80.07 percent of non-depressed group.Neurological Group Depressive slow recovery,difference between the two groups was significant(P0.01).Conclusion recurrent post-stroke depression affect the prognosis of patients,physicians should be nervous attention.
