摘要
A series of blends with varies compositions were prepared by solution mixing on the basis of poly(phthalazinone ether sulfone ketone)(PPESK) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). The thermal and dynamic mechanical thermal properties of PPESK/PTFE blends were carried out using TGA and DMTA(dynamic mechanical thermal analysis)respectively. The results show that the presence of PTFE in PPESK resin enhances the initial decomposition temperature and the maximum decomposition temperature. The peaks of loss modulus and tanδ of blends move to higher temperature with the increasing of the scanning frequency because more movement of the atoms will be required to match the imposed frequency, which can be attained with higher temperature. In the range of 30-230℃, the storage modulus of blends display high value and slightly reduce with temperature increasing which shows the blends have good thermal stability. However, when the temperature is up to 280℃, the storage modulus has a marked drop. The glass transition temperature of PPESK blended with 10% PTFE has been enhanced, however it is not further enhanced with increasing the PTFE contents.
