Determination of salidroside in jingshen capsules by HPLC

Objective study on detect of salidroside in jingshen capsules. Method determination of salidroside by HPLC. Result the average of reclaim rate of salidroside in jingshen capsules is 97.3%,and RSD is 1.98%. Conclusion the method is simple,rapid,accurate and precise, which can be used for determination of salidroside in jingshen capsules.
