Research on Open Data of Foreign Governments

It is a global trend to open government data to the public. Firstly,this paper analyzes the related concepts and values of government open data; then it summarizes the characteristics of open data of foreign governments; and finally, it discusses the inspiration drawn from such foreign practices for Chinese government's open data.
