Structure Analysis of Polysaccharide SZYP-2 from Fructus Corni

Polysaccharide SZYP _ 2 was obtained from Fructus Corni. It is composed of rhamnose, arabinose,galactose and glucose. The molar ratio of these sugars was determined as 1∶3.3∶3∶3.8. The glycosidic lin_kages of SZYP _ 2 were assayed by capillary gas chromatographic detection of its methylation and acetylation derivatives.
