The paper studies the phenomenon of laziness, which is most often the subjects of activity explain the problems of reducing efficiency, efficiency of activity. In psychology, the concept of "laziness" is not yet operationalized, so the paper offers a working definition of laziness, lists the types of laziness identified as a result of theoretical and empirical analysis. The features of the manifestation of laziness in people of different genders and ages, the orientation of training are studied.
