The incidence of gouty and hyperuricemia has been increasing recently.Hyperuricemia is highly associated with cardiovascular disease.However the mechanism is still unclear.It is necessary for studying hyperuricemia to build a more suitable animal model.Although there are various methods of building hyperuricemia model,no one is accepted by all users.
