Determination of residual tetracycline antibiotics in the aquatic product by HPLC

HPLC method for determination of residual tetracycline antibiotics including oxytetracycline and tetracycline in the aquatic product was established in this work.The mobile phase of acetonitrile∶NaH2PO4(0.01 mol·L-1)was 18∶82,flow rate was 1mL·min-1,the detective wavelength was set as 355nm.RSD for oxytetracycline and tetracycline were 1.7% and 3.3%,respectively,the recovery was within 95%～105%.The method is accurate,convenient and stable,which can be used for analysis of the residual tetracycline antibiotics in aquatic products.
