HPLC method for determination of residual tetracycline antibiotics including oxytetracycline and tetracycline in the aquatic product was established in this work.The mobile phase of acetonitrile∶NaH2PO4(0.01 mol·L-1)was 18∶82,flow rate was 1mL·min-1,the detective wavelength was set as 355nm.RSD for oxytetracycline and tetracycline were 1.7% and 3.3%,respectively,the recovery was within 95%~105%.The method is accurate,convenient and stable,which can be used for analysis of the residual tetracycline antibiotics in aquatic products.
