Cadmium, an extremely toxic heavy metal, poses significant health risks to humans. Despite persistent research efforts, the development of effective treatments for cadmium intoxication remains a challenge. This study aims to establish the chemical groundwork for improved chelation therapy options against cadmium poisoning.
