摘要
The present work deals with structural, optical, temperature-dependent electrical and photodetection properties of WTe2/MoS2 nanocomposite thin film. Structural analysis revealed the formation of WTe2 and MoS2 phases. Temperature-dependent electrical studies have been performed for elaboration of charge transfer process. Different models have been used to analyze the conductive behavior of the film in the temperature range of 173K-373 K. Results inferred that thermal activation mechanism dominates in the high temperature range. Mott's VRH mechanism plays an important role in low temperature range. Photoconductive studies have been performed with variation in intensity and wavelength of incident light. Results show that this fabricated film shows good photoresponsivity of 24.6 A/W and detectivity of 3.39×1015 Jones.
