Studies on the Dynamics of Microencapsulated Disperse Dyes

In order to study on the dyeing dynamics of the microencapsulated disperse dyes in HT dyeing without auxiliaries,the microencapsulated disperse dyes,pure disperse dyes and conventional disperse dyes were used.The diffusion coefficient and diffusion rate were determined by the Film Doll Method;the dyeing velocity,equilibrium dyeing percentage and half-dyeing time were obtained by building the dyeing dynamic model.The results showed that microencapsulating the disperse dyes did not change the disperse dyes' diffusion coefficient and diffusion rate,while it changed the dyeing velocity and half-dyeing time.
