Analytic Modeling of Cutting Force in Surface Milling with Ball End Milling Cutter

A new spiral edge of the ball-milling cutter force model has been built which uses the theoretical analysis of the cutting force on the basis of ball milling bladed lines of the geometric model that takes ball milling cutter into account. It has an important practical significance that cutting force and the creation of a model to achieve ball-cutter cutting force forecasts and it has also laid a theoretical basis to further improve quality of surface machining.
