With the accelerated construction of power spot market, the complexity of regional market transactions is increasing, the scale of trans regional and trans provincial transactions is increasing, and the development of inter provincial and intra provincial spot markets put forward new requirements for power grid inter provincial electricity settlement. This paper analyzes the functional requirements of the electricity settlement system in the electricity market environment, proposes the design scheme of daily and monthly electricity settlement system for the electricity market from two aspects of functional architecture and technical architecture, and designs detailed electricity settlement rules to improve the efficiency of electricity settlement and support the stable operation of the electricity market.
