摘要
To the explore antioxidant effect of the total flavonoid extracts from common buckwheat in vitro the scavenging effect of total flavonoids of buckwheat on DPPH ? free radical was determined by DPPH method,the scavenging effect on hydroxyl free radical(·OH) was determined by the improved Smirnof method,and the scavenging ability on superoxide anion free radical(?O_2-)was determined by the adjacent benzene three phenolic autoxidation.The results showed that.in the experimental concentration range,total flavonoid extracts from common buckwheat could evidently eliminate the DPPH·free radical and superoxide anion free radical(·O_2-).With the increased concentration of the extract,the free radical scavenging ability was also significantly improved.It is suggested that the total flavonoid extracts from common buckwheat has the antioxidative activity in vitro.
