Effect of seedling size and exogenous hormones on bolting and yield components of Angelica sinensis

In this study,different concentrations of GA3,NAA and CTK on Angelica sinensis large,medium and small seedling were introduced for study the effects of seedling size and exogenous hormones on Angelica sinensis bolting rate,yield and yield component factors.The results showed that the optimal treatment of Angelica sinensis bolting rate is small seedling,up to 14%,which was significantly lower than other treatments.The optimal treatment of Angelica sinensis root length,harvest number and yield is medium seedling,but the difference of root length is no significant.50 mg/L CTK has significant effects on thickening growth,the growth of root length and dry matter accumulation,50 mg/L GA3 is beneficial to reduce the number of lateral root.
