The Review of Western Group Cohesiveness Studies

Group cohesiveness is one of the most important factors that influence employees' job attitude,behavior and performance.The author summarized the studies on the theory of group cohesiveness,and made a comment on the conception,dimensions,and antecedents and consequences of group cohesiveness.Finally,the author gave some sugges- tions about the future of group cohesiveness research in China.
