Study on inspection method of nicergoline residue level

Onjective To validate the HPLC method for determining residue level of nicergoline and determine its linearity,sensitivity and recovery(accuracy).To ensure the accuracy of test results of the residual concentrations.Methods High performance liquid chromatography.Results The linear range of detection 1.0～15.0 μg·mL-1,the recovery was 99.4% with good precision and repeatability.The detection limit was 0.001 μg·mL-1 and the quantitative limit was 0.009 μg·mL-1.All residue level within 1.0～15.0 μg·mL-1 can be detected by this method.Conclusion This method was simple,and had good precision,accuracy and repeatability.
