Effect of trial transfer and ultrasound guided on embryo transfer after in vitro fertilization

Objective:To evaluate the effect of trial transfer and ultrasound guided on embryo transfer.Methods:A prospective randomized trial was conducted.Embryo transfer guided by ultrasound and trial transfer was performed in 315 cycle,traditional embryo transfer was accomplished in 65 cycle.Results:There was statistically significant difference in the clinical pragnancy rate and embryo implantation rate between the two groups(36.19% νs 24.65%,19.53% νs 13.33%,P0.05).Conclusion:Trial transfer and ultrasound guided on embryo transfer after in vitro fertilization increased pregnancy and implantation rates.It is suggested that embryo transfer should be performed under ultrasound guidance.
