摘要
Sestrins is a stress-induced protein family, which is characterized by increased expression in disease or stress, and plays its role in anti-inflammation, anti-oxidation and anti-aging, but its specific molecular mechanisms and signal pathways are very complex. This review summarizes the related researches on sestrin in the past few years, and analyzes its specific functions and recent research progress in combination with its molecular structure.
