Die antimikrobiellen Eigenschaften der neuen Titelverbindungen wurden an 13 Baktieren-und Pilz-Stammen gepruft: die Verbindungen 1–4 sind am besten antibakteriell wirksam.
Aktivities of New Iminium Compounds on Selected Strains of Bacteria and Fungi, XX: Synthesis of 1-Methyl-2-alkyl-3-(n-alkoxymethyl)- and 1-Methyl-3-(n-alkoxymethyl)-5-chloroimidazolium chlorides
Syntheses of the imidazolium compounds 1–5 were performed by reaction of chloromethyl-n-alkylethers with 1-methyl-2-alkyl-and 1-methyl-5-chloroimidazol. Antimicrobial properties of the products were tested against 13 strains of bacteria and fungi. Compounds 1–4 showed the best antibacterial properties.
