Taking Beijing-Shanghai-Hong Kong-Chongqing as center to construct China's urban system

Construction with emphasis of Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong and Chongqing and the four major city groups in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, the Yangtze River Delta, the Pearl River Delta and Sichuan Basin respectively with these cities as the centers, will be formed a developed and perfect and balanced and orderly national city system of China; this must be a key strategy that will lead powerfully China's national urbanization.
