Polyaniline/polyimide/polyaniline(PANI/PI/PANI) conductive composite film was prepared by in-situ deposition using the dispersion polymerization method.According to the thickness correction theory of four-probe method for measuring the conductivity of sheet,the approach to correct thickness for measuring the conductivity of polyaniline film was deduced,of which the thickness was outside the scope of thickness correction of digital four-probe measuring instrument.To verify the accuracy of thickness correction approach,the conductivity of polyaniline tablet made from particles with the same electrochemical properties as PANI film was measured by four probe method,whose thickness was within the scope of thickness correction of the existing instrument.Comparing the conductivity of polyaniline measured by two different methods,it was found that the magnitude of conductivity is identical,which illustrates the approach of thickness correction is relatively accurate.
