摘要
Objective:Polygonatum polysaccharide content on the determination of research,determine and compare the origin and Guizhou,Wong Jing Jing Huang different processed products of the total polysaccharide.Method: UV spectrophotometry.Results: 10 different areas of Health Products Polygonatum polysaccharide content of 1.09%~6.79%;determination Polygonatum different processed products of the total polysaccharide content,including black bean system Polygonatum polysaccharide content of up to 9.23%,steam Polygonatum Polygonatum polysaccharide content of a minimum of 1.19%.Conclusion: Polygonatum different areas and various processed products of the total polysaccharide content is different.
