Contrastive study on content of Ganoderma Lucidum polysaccharides from five Ganoderma Lucidum spores

Hot water extraction assisted with ultrasonic was applied to extract Ganoderma Lucidum polysaccharides from Ganoderma Lucidum spores in this paper.The results showed that the precision of this method was fine under the condition of 25 min ultrasonic extraction at 70℃.Phenol-sulphuric method was applied to determine the content of polysaccharides in Ganoderma Lucidum.The results showed that 3# sample of Ganoderma Lucidum spore contained more polysaccharides which had better stability.
