The extraction of dihydroquercetin from the stalk of Rosa davurica Pall.was studied. The influence of many conditions on dihydroquercetin extraction yield in ethanol extraction and hydrochloric acid hydrolyzation was investigated. The result showed that the optimal conditions were the mesh of material 100~200,extracted temperature 80℃,ethanol concentration 60%,solid-liquid ratio 1∶15,extracted time 3h,hydrochloric acid-material ratio 3∶1,hydrochloric acid concentration 3mol/L,hydrolysed time 2h,hydrolysed temperature 90℃.Under the optimized extraction conditions, the extraction yield of dihydroquercetin was 90.79%.
