摘要
The electrolytic hydrogen production based on renewable energy is a promising hydrogen production method, whereas the system lacks inertia and damping characteristic, and the power of renewable energy source fluctuates. In this paper, a novel interfacing hybrid rectifier topology of electrolytic hydrogen production load with self-adaptive control is proposed, and the multi scale frequency regulation method of electrolytic hydrogen production load is achieved. The simulation results are provided to verify the effectiveness of proposed method.
