Platinum(0)−Enyne Complexes: The Platinum Analogue of an Intermediate in the Palladium(0)-Catalyzed Benzannulation of Conjugated Enynes

Pt(0)−enyne π complexes, which could be the platinum analogues of an intermediate in the palladium(0)-catalyzed benzannulation of conjugated enynes, were synthesized, and the structure and reactivity of the complexes were investigated.
