Influence factors of the effect of somatic cell nuclear transfer in porcine

The research of cloning technology has obtained substantial progress.However,lots of influence factors restrict the development of somatic nuclear transfer in porcine,and the efficiency is still low.The paper explores all aspects and influence factors of the porcine somatic cell nuclear transfer(PSCNT) in order to enhance the beneficial research and improve the efficacy of somatic cell nuclear transfer(SCNT) in porcine,further promoting the development and application of PSCNT in the future.
