Thermal Design of Heat Sink for T/R Module

With regard to the compact structural size of antenna array and its poor heat dissipation condition, a reasonable method of thermal design for T/R module is suggested. This method has been checked by calculation and measured practically. The thermal performance meets the demand. It ensures the radar working normally.
