Isolation and Characterization of Constituents from Psoralea corylifolia

Four compounds (1~ 4) were extracted and isolated from the seeds of Psoralea corylifolia by repeated chromatography. There structures were identified by spectroscopic analysis (~1H NMR, ~(13)CNMR and EIMS) to be bavachinin (1), bavachin (2), neobavaisoflavone (3) and corylin (4) respectively.
