Discussion on the Continuity of Parametric LP with Vector Parameter

This paper shows that, for parametric linear programs with vector parametric in the right side of the constraints, the solution set is a lower semi-continuous point to set mapping.This paper also gives a sufficient and necessary conditions, for the parametric linear programs with vector parametric in the objective, of the solution set being a lower semi-continuous point to set mappping.
