Imaging system design based on CMOS image sensor

The characteristics and structure of CMOS image sensor are described. The design of micro-imaging system based on OV5116 CMOS image sensor is presented. The method of circuit design is discussed and the problems noticed are analyzed. The reduced size and light weight of imaging system are achieved by optimizing the outer circuit of CMOS image sensor.
